Kurt Gödel Prize for Petr Vopěnka

Kurt Gödel Society in Brno awards Kurt Gödel Prize to outstanding personalities who contributed to the development of the legacy and popularization of Kurt Gödel's work in his hometown and the world. For the first time, the prize will be awarded to the mathematician and philosopher Petr Vopěnka (May 16, 1935 in Prague - March 20, 2015), see https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Petr_Vopenka, for his lifelong work in mathematics. The prize will be presented to Vopěnka's son Martin, on January 14, 2020 (see the conference programme).
