Our 57th Physics Café promises some cogitation, a little handwork, many questions, and a bucketful of water all around. Do you know the workings of explorational pedagogics? After our trip to good practices, let's get acquainted with these explorational approaches. Why not create a fun experiment for the pure joy of gaining knowledge?

There is a hint for you. Attendees in the lecture room will have the necessary equipment ready for them, and the online audience has to prepare the following:

A) a waterproof stick tape, a water installation tube, a seethrough hose (both large in diameter), two buckets for water (bowls depending on the size of the tube and the hose), and a mop to clean the floor :).

or

B) A4-sized paper, cardboard or pasteboard, scissors, a stapler and pins, stick tape, transparent A4 plastic sheet (e.g., for laser printers), two bowls and lentils (or beans, peas, nuts, popcorn, or any other things in the form of small balls).

We are looking forward to our joint exploration of an interesting device.
