Developing Advanced Processes at TSMC: From Lab to Fab​

Lecture will be devoted to the professional experience of the former R&D director at TSMC, who was responsible for the development and introduction of the 180 nm, 130 nm a 65 nm processes for chip production, the role of innovation in the semiconductor industry and overview of the chip development in future.
