Tips and tricks and approaches to getting our students‘ brains working and test how technology can help us achieve this will be discussed.
December 2nd, 2022 - 9:00 – 13:00 - Effective counselling of closing theses - How to be effective during the consultation? How to give proper feedback to the student so it will improve the student's work and skill?
December 8th, 2022 - 16:00—18:30 - Microskills workshop: How to react to problematic situations during class - Some teaching skills can be gained only through experience. Let's practice some problematic situations with students and how to react to them.
December 13th, 2022 - 9:00 – 13:30 - How to take care of your well-being? - What can you do for your well-being, and how do you keep yourself balanced? The topics about work and private life and their balance will be discussed.
December 15th and 16th, 2022 - 8:30 – 16:00 - Professional seniority - How to deal with challenges not only in the academic environment to be professional content? The topics of motivation, changes, professional plans, work-life balance, ability to say NO, and burnout syndrome will be discussed.

The 4th Plasma Nanotechnologies and Bioapplications (PNB) Workshop took place from October 20-23, 2025, in Češkovice near Blansko, bringing together 37 researchers from seven institutions across four European countries. Since its founding in 2019, the workshop has grown into a valued tradition that fosters collaboration within the PNB research group and its international partners. This year’s program featured inspiring presentations, joint project discussions, and networking in the scenic surroundings of the Moravian Karst.
