  • Source: copper rotating anode, 9 kW
  • Detectors: scintillation, linear, two-dimensional
  • Methods: diffraction, reflectivity, GID, (GI)SAXS, ...
  • Environments: ambient conditions; high-temperature dome chamber (up to 1100 °C)

The tool is part of the CEITEC Nano core facility.

Rigaku SmartLab pro tenké vrstvy (F-type)

  • Source: copper sealed anode, 3 kW
  • Detectors: scintillation, linear, two-dimensional
  • Methods: diffraction, reflectivity, GID, SAXS, ...

The tool is part of the CEPLANT centre.
